Strength + Conditioning

We'll unlock your child's natural abilities, improving their speed, strength and agility. Our athletes are consistently recruited for elite travel teams, promoted to varsity level, and recognized for their athletic accomplishments.

Character Building

Our carefully crafted program enables athletes to feel more confident in their abilities, discover lasting sources of motivation, and practice discipline and integrity. We encourage this not just because college coaches look for it, but because we are passionate about helping our athletes become better on and off the field.

Team Training

We coordinate private team training for travel and recreational leagues. We specialize in off-season training so your athletes can withstand the rigors of your practices, stay injury-free, and better accomplish sports-specific tasks.

Try a Free Class

Bring your athlete in for a complimentary class. Our Sports Performance Coaches will run them through a variety of drills and exercises. Your child will walk away having learned new skills, and we'll provide a report on their strengths and where they can improve.

About

Elmhurst's finest sports performance facility, we specialize in strength and conditioning for youth athletes. As home to the Midwest's best strength coaches and speed experts, your athlete will be trained by men and women who are experienced and highly trained in athletic performance methodologies. We aren't a basic gym with a youth program: we are devoted to strength + conditioning, and our facility is also home to the Midwest's fastest-growing and most-winning weightlifting program.
